I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and am happy with the facts which truly show both the scientific and nutritional benefits of the foods people of West African origin know very well on the surface but not in-depth.
This is a first of its kind and very cleverly but simply laid out for the lay person to grasp and enjoy a natural and healthy lifestyle on a budget. Truly this is a must read and keep for reference in every home.
