Angela Tella, award-winning author of Healthy, West African & Wise™ and the accompanying

Healthy, West African & Wise™ Food Guide is a Human Nutrition & Dietetics honours graduate of King’s College London.

As an entrepreneur and registered dietitian, Angela has helped her many clients achieve their diet and lifestyle goals. In her Healthy, West African & Wise™ series, she empowers people from West African communities to prioritise their health without losing their heritage in the process.

Drawing on her extensive expertise and experience of West African nutrition, lifestyle and culture, Angela gives readers practical, evidence-based advice and culturally-relevant tips to discover and enjoy the health benefits of West African foods as part of a healthy balanced lifestyle.
